Care Concierge Executive (Remote-Vietnam)

Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers through various channels - email, phone, and chat.

Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.

Build rapport with customers by engaging with them in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner to deliver exceptional experiences that nurture lasting relationships

Work alongside the content team to support event logistics and operations.

Support content population in MindFi forums to promote community engagement.

Requirements 

Bachelor’s Degree

Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred

Excellent active listening skill and verbal communication

Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution

Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize
  Language(s): Vietnamese, English

Particulars

Willing to work on rotating shifts
Willing to work during the weekends
