Responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers through various channels - email, phone, and chat.
• Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
• Build rapport with customers by engaging with them in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner to deliver exceptional experiences that nurture lasting relationships
• Work alongside the content team to support event logistics and operations.
• Support content population in MindFi forums to promote community engagement.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred
• Excellent active listening skill and verbal communication
• Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize
• Language(s): Vietnamese, English
Particulars
• Willing to work on rotating shifts
• Willing to work during the weekends
