Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers through various channels - email, phone, and chat.
- Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
- Build rapport with customers by engaging with them in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner to deliver exceptional experiences that nurture lasting relationships
- Work alongside the content team to support event logistics and operations.
- Support content population in MindFi forums to promote community engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred
- Excellent active listening skills and verbal communication
- Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize
- Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail
