Care Concierge Executive (Remote)

- Communicate with customers through various channels - email, phone, and chat.
- Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
Build rapport with customers by engaging with them in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner to deliver exceptional experiences that nurture lasting relationships
- Work alongside the content team to support event logistics and operations.
- Support content population in MindFi forums to promote community engagement.


- Bachelor’s Degree

- Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred

- Excellent active listening skills and verbal communication

- Adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize
- Excellent organizational skills and great attention to detail
