  • Represent our company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for the next steps
  • Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods
  • Anticipate needs by studying services and conducting market research to identify new leads
  • Collaborate with sales teams by bringing innovative lead generation ideas
  • Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook
  • Utilize the CRM, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings
  • Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives


  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work solo within a fast-paced environment
  • Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects
  • Have experience using prospecting applications while keeping track of dead-end leads
  • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency with SalesForce or other CRM software are preferred
